You Can't Believe Everything You Read!

Recently I was shown a flyer that implied that Michael Rich, our developer here at Harbor Hills, had filed for bankruptcy a few years back. The flyer even gave a case number. Upon further investigation, it was found that the case number provided involved a Michael Rich that has a different middle initial, a different address and a different wife's name than "our" Michael Rich. Our Michael Rich was living in Broward County, Florida in 2003 while the one who filed bankruptcy was living in Fruitland Park.
Those printing the flyer may not have deliberately misled us, but they certainly didn't do their homework. If you do some research of your own concerning the parties publishing the flyer and bankruptcy, you might find that this whole situation is more than a little ironic. While they may have bankruptcy issues, our developer does not.
