Developer Donation

As announced at the 2005 annual meeting of the Harbor Hills Homeowners' Association, Michael Rich offered a donation of $250 per home constructed and closed by Harbor Hills Development plus a bonus if a member of the homeowners' association had referred that buyer. Based on closings for 2005, a donation of $2,750.00 will be made to the association. The resident directors, Regi Chapin, Harold Tassell and Tom Warren will decide how best to use the donation to benefit the community.
