'Souffle Class' presented by Annette Rystrom. As you can tell, she did a super job! She mastered both a chocolate souffle and an Asiago souffle. Annette affectionately renamed the latter the "Harbor Hills Asiago Souffle" due to the recipe modifications needed to accomodate our convection (rather than a conventional) oven in the upstairs kitchen.Monday, November 12, 2007
