Please Plan Ahead

Each spring many residents take on projects that will change the appearance of the exterior of thier homes (including painting, additions, decks, docks or lanais) or that will add to or modify their existing landscaping. We love that so many people are making improvements, but must remind residents that they need to plan ahead to include the Design Review Board in their plans. If you are a member of the Harbor Hills Homeowners Association, please pick up an application form from my office and return the completed application and supporting materials to me for circulation to the members of the Design Review Board. Please allow two weeks from the time I receive your completed application for your application to be processed. You will be contacted when approval has been issued.
If you are a member of The Grove at Harbor Hills Homeowners Association, please contact Debra Davis at Sentry Management (352-343-5706 ext. 15) to request an application form that must be filled out and returned to Sentry Management. The application will be reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee. Please allow two weeks from the time the application is submitted for the review and application process to be completed.
